be provided dependant on the solution required.

The next stage is to review the problem, design brief and context in more detail, in order to provide a more comprehensive response. Various design ideas and development
methods will be tested against the parameters of the project. This will determine the best fit with the desired outcome, and thus arrive at the best possible solution.
Deliverables will vary dependent on project scope and agreed fees.

Following the choice of the desired solution, that core idea will be developed formally into a resolved design, accompanied by detailed drawings and documentation. This is
also the point at which engineers and relevant experts are consulted. These design documents will be the vehicle which assist you to achieve your property / development
goals, and can provide the basis for project costing, quotations, advanced feasibility review, financing, sales and the relevant permits. – Deliverables will vary dependent on

The final stage involves obtaining permits and the construction of your project. The architectural and engineering documents are advanced further and collated for Development
Approval (if required), and Building Approval subject to the relevant planning requirements and building codes. Subject to your desired project delivery method, be it Design &
